King Charles III Coronation

This week the children have been learning a huge amount about the significant event of King Charles III. We discussed the meaning of the event and stages of the Coronation itself. We thought about what it means to be a good King and how this links to the British values. The children democratically decided to have a Bake Sale after school and we raised money for some new school playground resources. 

We also learnt and performed 'To the sound of trumpets' Coronation song and shared it on social media.
