At Upton, Collective Worship is Inclusive, Invitational and Inspiring. Our school community recognises and values worship as the heartbeat of the school.
We see worship as a warm and welcoming fire; which children need to be free to approach at their own pace. We recognise that each person has their own Worldview, shaped by many things. Our aim is to make Worship a positive experience for children, whatever their worldview might be.
We enable and equip children to lead worship, both formally and informally. Worship Leaders are trained to lead our collective worship and all children are invited to lead prayers and reflections.
