Upton have four teams, named after rivers:
Dart (Blue team)
Exe (Red team)
Plym (Yellow team)
Teign (Green team)
As children start at Upton, they are assigned a team, with siblings being in the same team.
Children earn Dojo points throughout the week linked to our school vision of 'Rising to our best' and our three Christian values: Respect, Compassion and Courage.
Whole school team points are totalled each week by Team Captains and team places 1st-4th are awarded each Friday during our Celebration Assembly.
The winning team for the half term are allowed to come into school in non-uniform on the first Friday after the half term holiday.
