Year 5 East Shallowford Farm residential

Between the 6th and 10th March, the year 5 children had the fantastic opportunity to stay at East Shallowford Farm - a Dartmoor hill farm near Widecombe-in-the-Moor. The children had so many wonderful opportunities to learn more about farm life and had to prioritise taking care of the animals over their own needs. The children took away so many wonderful memories of feeding the pigs, seeing a calf just after it was born, stroking chicks, climbing Rippon Tor in the dark and many more. Experiences to treasure for a lifetime!
