School Uniform

A common style of dress gives each child a sense of belonging to the school community.  It is important that standards are maintained. We believe that taking a pride in their school and their personal appearance are important parts of children’s learning. The uniform consists of:


Upton St James Sweatshirt or 
Upton St James Sweatcardi

White polo shirt or Upton St James polo shirt  

Grey trousers or grey shorts

Grey skirt or grey pinafore

 Grey or black socks or tights

 Burgundy/Red and white check dress in the summer term

Upton St James Book Bag (optional)

Upton St James Baseball Cap (optional)

 

When joining our school, each child is supplied with an Upton St James PE Kit in their team colour. 

 

Dart - Blue, Exe - Red, Plym - Yellow, Teign - Green

 Kits consist of a T-shirt, black shorts and an Upton St James PE bag.  

Please supply black plimsolls for your child. 

PE Kits must be in school at all times. We also ask that all children keep an apron or old shirt in school to wear during activities such as painting in order to protect their clothing. 

ALL CLOTHING MUST BE MARKED WITH THE CHILD'S NAME.
